Happiness, Wellbeing & Self-Realisation

Though Health is defined as a state physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease, current models of Wellbeing donot take into account all the aspects and levels of Health. The primary aspect of 'Self' or the Individual Conciousness, that which is intrinsic to all, that which we all are made and that which we all share, has been long  banished from the chapters of Wellbeing.  And the verdict is out, the moment we look outside for Happiness, we forget that we were born happy and Happiness is our true nature.
