So you’ve been trying! That is a good start. Remember you one of very few people who have . Most people in entire world would have spent their entire life without even trying.
Remember the first step is the hardest. Most of us will give up before even starting. But you have started, but there are some starting problems. Fine.
Your intention to work upon yourself is proof that you are ready. Now it is upto you convert this intention into decision. It is not going to be easy, but it will be worth it and you will thank yourself very soon.
There could multiple things that could be preventing you from sitting still. But that is not the point. Point is to still sit. Every day, for the same amount of time, at the same time, no matter where you are or what you are doing. Switch off and sit with a straight back and close your eyes. Your breath is your friend. It does not matter how far your mind travels you always come back to your friend. Observe and let go of all feelings.
The time you’ve that spent on your own is the best use of your time on your journey to know and grow.
Inability to sit still for a longer duration is mostly caused due to stiffness in the Lower Back, Glutes, Hips, Hamstrings, calves and ankles.
